A service fee of $5.00 will apply when paying for tournament by card.
IF PAYING BY CHECK - PLEASE NOTE:
2. Late checks will NOT be accepted.
3. An additional $50.00 charge will be applied for any NSF checks.
TOURNAMENT RULES INCLUDE:
- USA Rules for Batting Roster (Bat Roster, Bat 9 with subs, DPFLEX)
- 8UC - 10UC - 12UC is 6 Runs per team / per inning
- Special rules for 8U & 10U (see rules in "downloads" section)
- Home / Away for ALL games based on coin flip.

INDIVIDUAL GATE FEE
- $8.00 for Adults
- $5.00 for Seniors (55+) & Kids (13-17)
- Kids 12 and under are free
2 FREE SOFTBALLS WITH COMPLETED ROSTER
- Teams must have a completed roster on www.tournamentmvp.com in order to receive 2 free softballs at tournament check-in.
To qualify as a "completed roster", your "Player List/Roster" must have all current players and pick-up players listed for this event.
INSURANCE & USA SOFTBALL TEAM REGISTRATION REQUIRED
All Teams are required to have insurance coverage from USA Softball or get pre-approval on an insurance policy.
This is a USA Softball of Kansas City event and is open to any USA Softball registered team.
- Insurance can be purchased when you log into WWW.TOURNAMENTMVP.COM Find the link under Team Information or Team Roster
- For pre-approval of insurance from a different provider, upload your insurance certificate under Team Information or e-mail certificate to usasbkc@gmail.com.
This is a USA Softball of Kansas City event and is open to any USA Softball registered team.
- Non-USA Softball teams will be required to pay a $30 USA team registration fee valid thru 08/31/2026. This fee is the Affiliate Fee found on WWW.TOURNAMENTMVP.COM
ALL COACHES ARE REQUIRED to have completed the following items for 2026
- BACKGROUND CHECK THROUGH USA SOFTBALL
- SAFE SPORT CERTIFICATION
Visit ks.registerplay.com Create your account and team name and then invite your coaches to your team thru the email link you'll see in the system. Assistant coaches will be able to create their account and do their Background Check & SafeSport and will be linked to your team.
You do not have to enter your players into this system at this time, coaches only.
RAINOUT POLICY:
If 75% of games are played, there will be no refunds. Any refunds will be issued based on the number of games a team played. If no games are played, a $25.00 administration fee will be withheld from the refund.
TEAM DROP POLICY:
- If a team drops before the registration deadline has passed there will be a full refund.
- If a team drops on the Sunday before the tournament, there will be a $50 admin fee assessed and the balance will be refunded.
- If a team drops on the Monday before the tournament of later, there will be no refund as the schedule will already be in process.
Awards will only be presented based on results of bracket play.
