District Has Stories Worth Telling

Springdale Public Schools' staff celebrated the upcoming school year Aug. 6 at the district's annual faculty meeting at Springdale High School's Pat Walker Theater.

The Storytelling-themed event inspired and informed staff as they prepare to welcome students back to the classroom on Aug. 10 for the 2026-27 school year.

The event featured remarks from Superintendent Dr. Jared Cleveland, Deputy Superintendent Shannon Tisher, Assistant Superintendent Jennifer Barbaree, Springdale School Board President Debbie Creek, performances by the Superintendent's Band and Choir, student emcees and a presentation of the colors by Future Farmers of America students!

Dr. Cleveland and Keith Fimple, Athletics executive director, even discussed leadership and coaching with celebrated former Springdale High School Football Coach Dennis DeBusk!

Have an amazing school year, Springdale Family!
