OCTOBER STUDENT OF THE MONTH
Congratulations to our October Students of the Month! This month, we celebrated the Communication competency as part of our Journey of a Blue Devil. These students were nominated by their teachers for demonstrating positive communication skills, being thoughtful and respectful listeners, and communicating effectively with others. We are so proud of these students and the positive examples they set for our school community!
As we move into November, our focus will shift to Responsibility. We look forward to recognizing students who demonstrate accountability, make positive choices, and take ownership of their actions. Keep up the great work, Blue Devils!

- If a student will be absent, the parents must notify the School and provide an explanation. If prior contact is not possible, the parents should provide a written excuse as soon as possible after the student’s absence. When no excuse is provided, the absence will be unexcused and the student will be identified as truant for that school day. If the offered excuse for a student’s absence is questionable or if the number of student absences is excessive, the school staff will notify the parents of the need for improvement in the student’s attendance. Please refer to the attendance policy in the District Student Handbook.
