Westmoor Weekly 10/10/2025
October 10, 2025
A Note from Principal Eck
Dear Westmoor Families,
I’m sure you’ve had the chance to wash and see how beautifully our tie-dye shirts turned out! We had so much fun in our Bulldog Packs working together to plan and create them. Each student showed amazing teamwork, creativity, and school spirit as we designed our colorful shirts — a perfect way to celebrate our Bulldog pride!
Students from multiple grade levels collaborated to transform a recycled dollhouse into a magical dream library, inspired by Lindsay Leslie’s delightful book So You Want to Build a Library. Check out the photo below to see their imaginative creation!
We’re excited for parent-teacher conferences next week on Wednesday and Thursday. Thank you to all the families who have already signed up! If you haven’t had a chance to register yet, please see the information below to sign up. We hope that this time will provide an opportunity to share initial feedback on your child's progress, preview upcoming instruction, and collaborate on how we can best support our students in the months ahead. Just a reminder, Friday, the 17th, there is no school for students.
Thank you for your continued support and partnership in your child’s learning. Wishing you a restful weekend ahead!

Quote of the Week
Each week students may submit a positive quote that captures and motivates their peers to persevere and feel good. We then showcase the quotes throughout the school building. Students may submit a quote, using this link.
Dream Big. Live Bigger.
Follow your dreams.
Family Math Monthly
Share a picture with us!
We’re excited to showcase the special moments and achievements of our students and their families. Whether it’s a holiday, cultural tradition, a child’s milestone like riding a bike without training wheels, a big win at a soccer game, welcoming a new pet, or anything else that makes you proud — we’d love to feature it! Here is the link to share a photo and brief description.
