Dear Parents/Guardians,

Happy New Year!

Our annual Washington School General Music Concert will be here before we know it and we want to make sure you have the date on your calendars and the information you need.

This year’s concert will be held on Tuesday, February 14th, with an inclement weather date of Thursday, February 16th. Here is some important information regarding this special event:

  • We will be having two complete performances of the concert in our Washington School gym.

  • All students will perform at both concerts.

  • To ensure there is enough room for all attending, we ask that you please attend the assigned time below that corresponds with your child’s pack.

  • Please plan on staying for the entire performance during your designated time.

The following assignments are:

  • Parents of students in Packs W O V 9:00AM

  • Parents of students in Packs L E S 10:30AM

Students are asked to “dress for success” for this concert. Examples include, but are not limited to: dresses, skirts, button down shirts, blouses, suits, ties, etc. (please, no t-shirts, jeans or worn out sneakers). If needed, your child may bring an extra set of clothes to change into once the concerts are complete.

We look forward to this musical event.

Please feel free to reach out to Ms. Koch with any questions at aileen.koch@millburn.org.

Sincerely,
