October 31st: Deadline to pay for AP exams without a late fee (Late fee is $40 per test)

November 3rd: Jostens Rep on campus to talk about class rings, letterman jackets, and graduation

November 4th: NO SCHOOL FOR STUDENTS (parent teacher conference day)

December 9th: 4th Year Project Presentations at Toyota HQ

Parents,

October 31st is the deadline to pay for AP exams without paying a $40 late fee per test. The process to pay for AP exams is in the newsletter down below.

PSAT scores were released on 10/23/2025 and are available on your student's College Board account. Watch this 4-minute video OR follow these instructions to access your scores.

HOW TO ACCESS YOUR PSAT SCORE REPORT

NOTE - Parents do NOT have a College Board account. Students were asked to create a College Board account using their Plano ISD email address. Parents should NOT create an account for their student to avoid creating duplicate accounts.

1. Students go to studentscores.collegeboard.org.

• If you have an existing College Board account, login in using the requested information. If you have an account but forgot your password, click “Need Help Signing In,” then click “Forgot Password” and follow the instructions provided to reset your password.

• If you do NOT have a College Board account, create a new account using the email address you provided. DO NOT CREATE A DUPLICATE ACCOUNT.

2. Once you are logged in, select “PSAT/NMSQT or PSAT 8/9 Scores”

*If you don’t see your scores or are having trouble accessing your PSAT scores, call College Board at 866-433-7728 or you may email [PSAT Coordinator Name at Coordinator email address].

1. Select the arrow next to the score to view your detailed score report. Features of the detailed score report include:

Students need to complete this Google form to select their approved clubs and activities for Titan Time during the 2nd nine weeks. Parents need to complete this form for each club their child wants to participate in. Parent approval is only required one time per year per club/activity. Parents only need to complete this form if their student adds a new club not previously approved by parents. Students are not allowed to participate in a club until parent consent is received. Please let us know if you have any questions.

Parents: Please note that you must submit an approval form for each club you approve your child to participate in.

Guinn Special Programs Center, in partnership with Top Achievers and IntelliChoice, offers free math tutoring every Saturday, 10:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. at Guinn Special Programs Center, 2221 Legacy Dr, Plano, TX.

• Open to all PISD students

• Approximately 3:1 student-to-tutor ratio

• Individualized support, including help with homework

• Light breakfast provided

• All materials included

Conferences may be scheduled as in-person or virtual, depending on what works best for your family.

Conferences are a valuable opportunity to:

• Discuss your student’s academic progress

• Learn more about classroom expectations

• Collaborate on strategies to support continued growth
