On Target for Success

Please take a moment to listen to the July 18th MTSS Lead 24-25 Updates recording if you did not have an opportunity to join the virtual meeting as this will provide you with information on what to expect this school year. With a team of one at the District Level, support will continue to occur, but will look differently than in previous years where schools had assigned advisors who visited schools throughout the week and supported Leads with data entry, assessment, and data analysis. This is by far the biggest change to our work this year! Let's stay On Target for Success by providing intervention supports for students when instruction begins so that we can move our students beyond intervention by providing effective instruction and demonstrating high expectations for all learners.

Remember you can email RTI2@scsk12.org with questions and concerns just as you have in the past, but the box is monitored twice daily. You are encouraged to provide your name, school, grade level (if applicable), a description of the concern and include screenshots to support the description which will expedite supports provided.

As shared during the July 18th meeting TDOE has asked Principals and those supporting RTI to engage in the Data Based Decision Making Asynchronous Training. This is Part I of a two part series. Please review the training and complete the short Microsoft Form to capture a record of your review by August 31, 2024.
