September 13th-17th

Dear Wolf Ridge Students and Families,

Many of our classrooms have been learning about the events of September 11th, 2001. Tomorrow, Patriot Day, marks 20 years since the tragic terrorist attacks against our country on 9/11. While a sensitive topic, these events are an important part of our American history and should never be forgotten. We are thankful for the heroes that ran into danger on that day and those that do the same each and everyday to help protect us.

I hope to see many of you at Fall Fest uptown this weekend. While I am not trying to advertise, I will be in the dunk booth tomorrow afternoon to raise funds for our local library. Later in the evening, there will be fireworks to commemorate 9/11. I am hopeful it will be a great day to spend with family and visit with fellow community members.

PICTURE DAY IS THIS FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 17th

We will take student pictures for our yearbook and fall sports pictures on this day. While you can order online at anytime using the information below, picture forms will be sent home on Monday, September 13th.

If you would like to serve on the Wolf Ridge Parent Advisory Committee, please click on the link above and complete the brief form. I would like to have parents represented from each grade level. This committee will meet once each quarter to give feedback and suggestions to the principal about important topics that impact our students at Wolf Ridge.

Drop Off at Wolf Ridge

Please remember that students should not be dropped off in the morning earlier that 7:30 AM. If you need to drop off earlier, please see the information below about joining the Patriot Advantage Club. They provide childcare in the mornings from 6:00-8:00. Thank you!

NEW CARLINE ENTRANCE

Please use the new carline entrance. Vehicles will still exit the same way as before. It is important that you pay attention to the line so that there are not large gaps in between vehicles. Our goal is to try to get as many vehicles off of Alton street as possible and clear up the congestion that was at our carline exit before.

Weekly Rate for Before School Only: $45/week

DAILY Rate for Both Before & After School: $20/each day

DAILY Rate for Either Before OR After: $15/each day

Full Day Rate for Non-Attendance School Days: $25/each day

(There is a 10% discount for more than one child.)
