Please complete registration for the 2026-2027 school year for each returning student by Friday, August 7. This information is critical for the schools to have a smooth opening. Thank you so much for your assistance.

Registration: Go to Skyward Family Access and follow these instructions to complete registration. Please make sure all sections are completed.

Busing: Please complete registration so GoRiteway can get all bus routes for grades K-12 available to view in Skyward on Monday, August 24. Please note: 4K routes will be available to view by Tuesday, September 1.

Get all back-to-school details including school supply lists on the website.

Several new administrators joined the West Bend School District on July 1. Drew Glaeser is an assistant principal at East and West High Schools. At Badger, former science teacher Lucas Thuecks is now the assistant principal and Josh McHale is the new dean of students.

Voting is now open for the 2026 Washington County “I Voted” Sticker Contest. Be a part of choosing the sticker by voting online. It may be hard to choose because students showed talent and creativity in their designs. Vote here: https://www.washcowisco.gov/ivotedsticker. Voting is open through Saturday, August 1, and the winning designs will be announced shortly after.

The West Bend School Board held a regular meeting on Monday, July 13. The board approved the consent agenda with:

The board held a discussion on the Employee Benefits Program, including proposed changes that could take effect on January 1, 2027.

The board also took action and approved several items:

The Golf Coaches Association of Wisconsin recently announced the co-op West Bend High Schools girls golf team earned a Team Academic All-State Award. It recognizes high school golf teams with the highest team grade point averages. The 2025 team earned the bronze level award, meaning it had an average cumulative GPA of 3.25 to 3.49.
