March 24, 2024 - Community Newsletter
Dear Monomoy Middle School Families,
This week our community was able to take a pause and reflect on the progress that our 7th grade class has made. Eligible 7th graders joined us on Friday for a mid-year celebration of all their hard work. Upon return to the middle school, we all had a moment to be together, look at some old pictures over their time at MRMS, and reflect on some favorite memories. I am so incredibly proud of the progress this group has made both behaviorally and academically, and grateful for the opportunity to celebrate with the group. As I reflect on our 5th graders, who have done amazing work this year (check out their Genius Hour presentations in Shark Sightings), I am reminded of how quickly the three years go by at the middle school, while recognizing that they are three years of tremendous growth. The MRMS staff is thankful for being a part of the journey!
In Partnership,
Abby Dudley
Principal
