Nurse Devin's Cabinet

Incoming Kindergarten Parents

I still need copies of immunizations and/or physical examination for some incoming students. Please email me these over the summer or bring to the office before school starts.

Medication Orders

If your student takes medication at school, or has an inhaler, I need a new doctor’s order for that medication every year. Please get a new order from your physician over the summer and get it to me as soon as you can.

Immunizations during the Summer

Please check your records or with your physician to see if your student(s) are due for immunizations over the summer. You should have received a notice from me if you are behind on your immunizations. These need to be completed by the first day of school in August--- these can be sent to me via email at dmandozzi@olatheschools.org.

Physical Examinations

It is strongly recommended that your child gets a well-child checkup/physical examination annually. If you get a new/updated physical exam over the summer, please feel free to email me a copy at dmandozzi@olatheschools.org. Have a wonderful, healthy summer!!
