A Message from the President
Happy election week! It’s a fine time for democracy and community. Here are some events and kudos from our own village.
Upcoming events:
Science Fair
- Please remember to sign up below
- There is a deadline but we will always find a way to accommodate late entries
- Organized by Georganna Moeri, Lindsay Azim, and Polina Nowak
- Purpose of the event is to spark curiosity and learn to explain rationale no matter how silly
- Nobel prizes are possible but not probable. Just have fun!
Kudos
Fall class Parties
- Organized by Denise Weier, Cassandra Lancaster, Emily Kennedy, Shelley Beringer, Stephanie Snieski
- They continue to bring the vibe. Many other schools don’t have these parties not because they can’t but because they don’t have people like them and the multitude of class parent party volunteers.
- Please remember to give thanks to them when you see them!
Teacher treats
- Organized by Laura O’Connor and Georganna Rodriguez
- Part of our joy in PTA is providing breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner to teachers during conferences or events
- So far they’ve provided two dinners, one lunch, and one breakfast
- Teachers are some of the most essential members of our community and this team continues to show our appreciation
- Please remember to give thanks to them when you see them!
