4th Grade Professional Learning Community (PLC)

The workshop focused on a Professional Learning Community simulation by the Mission View 4th-grade team, allowing the board to see and experience what Monday Morning teacher PLC collaboration time looks like. This demonstration aimed to deepen the board's understanding of common formative assessments and how these assessments drive the work of Professional Learning Communities (PLCs). Instructional leadership and high quality instruction have a significant impact on student outcomes and the district’s ability to fulfill the promise of creating a foundation for students to emerge future-ready.
