FAFSA Frenzy
The EHS College and Career Coaches and other volunteers will be in the library from 2:00 pm-5:30 pm on December 7th to assist with the FAFSA and other scholarship applications, so please make arrangements to attend. It is a good idea to make an FSA ID/login ahead of time. You can do so using this link. There is an instructional video posted in the College and Career Google classroom to assist in creating an FSA ID. Both the student and the parent will need an FSA ID. Remember to use separate emails when creating accounts. Students should not use their school email to create their FSA ID. Please complete this form to give us an idea of how many families plan to attend.

Parent's tax returns for 2021 ( what was filed earlier this year)

Safety Measures
Clear Bag Policy
In an effort to provide a safer environment and improve security, El Dorado School District has implemented a Clear Bag Policy that limits the size and type of bags that may be brought into stadiums, gymnasiums, and other athletic fields.* Prohibited items include but are not limited to purses larger than a 4.5" x 6.5” clutch bag, coolers, briefcases, backpacks, fanny packs, grocery bags, cinch bags, luggage of any kind, computer bags and camera bags, or any bag larger than the permissible size.
Bags that are permitted included:
Tote bags that are clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC and do not exceed 12” x 6” x 12”
One-gallon clear plastic freezer bags
Small clutch bags with or without a handle or strap, no larger than 4.5” x 6.5” (approximately the size of a hand)
Bags not permitted:
Backpacks, printed plastic bags, fanny packs, purses, reusable grocery totes, mesh or straw bags, duffle bags, large totes, and camera or binocular cases.
Diaper bags are not allowed. Items normally carried in a diaper bag must be put into a clear plastic bag for venue entry.
Unaccompanied Children
Another way that ESD is making an effort to keep everyone safe at athletic events is to require that all children 6th-grade and younger be accompanied by an adult at all times. Gate supervisors will mark the hands of children who should be accompanied while at the event.
Yearbook Updates
Seniors will take senior photos in January.
Senior ad deposits are due Dec. 16. Ad deposits are $65 and will hold your space for a yearbook ad.
FBLA and DECA
FBLA and DECA Christmas Bingo Party will be Monday, December 12th in the Commons. Check your email or Google Classroom for details to sign up to attend.
