Deer Run Families,

Thank you for your participation in Parent-Teacher Conferences this week. We truly value the opportunity to connect with you and work together to support your child’s learning and growth.

This is a reminder that the second half of conferences will take place next Thursday evening. If you haven’t scheduled a time yet, please reach out to your child’s teacher.

Wishing you and your family a wonderful long weekend!

Looking forward to seeing our students back next Tuesday!

Dismissal Changes

In the event of an emergency and the need to change a student's dismissal method be sure to send an email to the classroom teacher AND the attendance email (Dres_attendance@dublinschools.net). Teachers are extremely busy during the school day, therefore, it is not guaranteed that the teacher would have time to review the parent email prior to dismissal. Be sure to submit changes as early as possible to increase the likelihood that the communication will be received by our school team prior to dismissal.

Student Car Drop Off and Pick Up

As a reminder, car drop off and pick up for all students should take place at the back door of the school. Last school year, students were being dropped off at Grizzell, in the school parking lot, and in the neighborhood adjacent to the school. We want to ensure that all of our students are safely dropped off at school, therefore only the backdoor area should be used. Also, we also want to be considerate of our neighbors that live in the homes adjacent to the school. Therefore, adhering to this guidelines is greatly appreciated. Thank you!
