Each group or team participating in the Sunnyvale Homecoming Parade must complete this Google form by Sunday, October 11th. The adult point of contact for each group must have participants fill out the Parade Waiver form (attached below) and have a physical copy of each waiver ready to hand in on the day of the parade. Anyone without a waiver will not be allowed to participate in the parade.
The theme is "HOMECOMING through the DECADES", so feel free to pick a decade and create a float or dress up according to the theme.
