Student Success Conferences

The Middle School will be holding Fall 2026 Student Success Conferences on November 17th and November 18th. This is an opportunity for you to talk with teachers and partner with them to ensure that your child is meeting their academic goals.

We are excited to have an opportunity to speak with you and share your student’s success as well as discuss any areas for growth. The middle school teachers are dedicated to the continued support of your student’s academic success. We greatly value your input. Your active participation and support are very important!

Below you can find the listed dates and times, as well as the link to schedule your parent-teacher conferences. The sign-up window is from November 2nd to November 15th.

All conferences are held virtually, links to virtual meeting rooms can be found below.

Core subject teachers will now be hosting conferences in teams by grade and section. This is an opportunity for learning coaches to meet with all four core subject teachers in one meeting. Please reference the zoom room links at the end of this page to find the correct team for scheduling conferences. If you prefer to meet with a specific core subject teacher, please reach out to them directly to schedule a meeting outside of the scheduled conference sessions.

3. Complete your student and contact information
4. Receive email & follow instructions to select the date/time of conference.
5. Select an available conference time
6. Select "Confirm your selections and Exit" OR "Register for additional conferences" with other teachers.
7. Receive a confirmation email with conference information (links to teacher Zoom rooms can be found on this page, below)
8. *Important* - After registration, scheduling is not complete until you confirm a date & time and receive the 2nd email confirmation.

For security reasons, please sign in to Zoom with your First & Last name so the teachers know who you are.
