ATTENDANCE MATTERS
Congratulations to Mrs. Richter’s third grade class and Mrs. Burger’s fifth grade class! Not only did they win the Awesome Attendance trophy, but they did it with 100% attendance last week! Way to be excellent on purpose! Remember: attendance matters and showing up is everything!
LOOK WHO WAS CAUGHT BEING EXCELLENT ON PURPOSE!
A FEW REMINDERS:
- The Simple Qpon Book Fundraiser ended today. If you have the coupon book at home, please send in the money to pay for it or return the book to school.
- Students need to have their Chromebooks (charged) and headphones at school daily.
- Dress your Brickies for outside recess!
- Please send your child with a water bottle and a healthy snack daily!
- Chromebook insurance is a separate fee again this year for $25. Skyward has been updated with the insurance charge if you signed the form saying you want it. The insurance is not effective until purchased. You can pay through Skyward or send cash or check to Liberty Elementary. You can opt out, but we strongly encourage all parents to purchase insurance.
How does your child become a Mathlete? Students master their facts in XtraMath based on their grade level expectation and earn a Liberty Mathlete shirt.

- It very important to follow our car rider procedures to ensure everyone is safe.
- Students should have a consistent dismissal plan each night to avoid confusion. In the event there is a change in transportation, send a note to school with your child that morning.
- Students are not permitted to ride other students buses.
- For car riders, Door 8 opens at 8:30am. Follow the lines of cars. Once you have pulled past the yellow railing, your child may exit the car on the curb side only.
- On late start Wednesday, Door 8 opens at 8:50.
- Fridays are Brickie Fridays! Encourage your child to wear purple and gold.

School Clubs Require a Physical Online
If your child is interested in doing an after school club that involves physical activity we need to have a physical on file. This is due to not having a nurse at the building after school hours. You can print the Physical Form from the link below or use any Physical Form from your doctor's office. Please see the flyer below for information. We do have several fun after school clubs all year long, some starting very soon!
