Going Above & Beyond
Trunk or Treat
Thank you to the staff members who helped at this event. Special thanks to Mrs. Blasik for organizing it--such a fun time for all ECE & ECM students!
EVERY MINUTE MATTERS! β°π¦
Did You Know? π¦
Missing just 2 days of school each month can add up to nearly 20 days in one school year. That much missed instruction can make it harder for students to keep up academically.
Every day and every minute matters! Please help your child build strong attendance habits by being at school every day and on time. If your family needs support with attendance, please reach outβwe are here to help! π
π SURPRISE Attendance Incentive! π
From October 13β30, we held a SURPRISE Attendance Challenge for 13 school days!
Students who had perfect attendanceβno absences, no tardies, and no early pick-upsβearned a spot on our Wheel of Names! We will spin the wheel LIVE and randomly select 15 students to come down to the main office, choose a prize, and celebrate their awesome accomplishment! π‘π
We are so proud of our students who made being at school and on time every day a priority!
And rememberβ¦ you never know when the next "Wheel of Names" might appear! π
Be present. Be on time. Every day. Every minute matters! π¦
Thank you for attending! π
π» Trunk or Treat - Thank you to all who decorated their trunk and/or attended this event! We had such a fun time!
Our Candy Collection Contest winners go toβ¦ Mrs. Means' & Mr. Gantz' Homerooms! ππ¬
A huge thank you to everyone who donated candy and helped make our Trunk or Treat such a successful and FUN event! We truly appreciate the support of our families and school community. Your generosity helped make the evening extra special for our students! Both homerooms enjoyed some tasty PIZZA and celebrated with a party in their classrooms. ππ₯€
π 1st Grade Apple Hill Adventure! π
Our 1st graders enjoyed a fun-filled field trip to Apple Hill in Amherst, Ohio, on October 22! Students experienced a hayride through the orchard, picked their own pumpkin, and learned all about the life cycle of a pumpkin, why pumpkins come in different colors and sizes, and what they need to grow. The students were even able to interact with various farm animals. It was a wonderful day of learning, exploring, and making special memories together! ππ
Hayride Fun!
So much to learn about pumpkins!
