A special shoutout to Mrs. Clay's class, who decorated beautiful mason jars and filled them with fresh tulips to brighten the day for our staff. Your thoughtfulness was so appreciated!

We're also excited to announce that we're contributing $200 toward the Mountain Ridge Intermediate scholarship fund — helping support our students' future opportunities!
Mark your calendars :
The 5th grade dance is coming up on April 1st! More details, including permission slips and info, will be sent home in the next few weeks.
Our next PTO meeting is scheduled for Thursday, March 19th, at 3:45 pm. We'll have a guest speaker presenting on internet safety — a timely and important topic for families. (We'll share more details soon!).
PTO Guest Speaker in February
A big thank you to our previous speaker, Dr. Madilyn King, for her insightful talk on childhood eating disorders. If you'd like more resources, check out the National Eating Disorders Association website: nationaleatingdisorders.org — it's packed with helpful information, screening tools, and support options.
Thank you all for your continued support, involvement, and love for our school. Together, we're making Mountain Ridge Intermediate an amazing place to learn and grow!
Go Redhawks!
Volunteer
Come volunteer at MRI! Level 1 volunteers are those individuals who have a completed and approved background check. All chaperones for field trips must be a Level 1.
It is recommended that you consider getting your Level 1 if you plan on volunteering at school in any way. This way it's done and you should be good to go!
Want to volunteer as a mystery reader or help with a class lesson/activity? Communicate with your child's teacher to schedule a time to be here!
Being Present Matters!
Did you send a note yet?
Don't forget to submit your child's absence note.
