September Groups
Mrs. Johnson K/1/2 School Counselor
Why is social/emotional learning important?
Children's emotional well-being during their early years has a powerful impact on their social relationships. The relationships they form early on help shape who they are, who they become and their understanding of the world around them. The groups offered within our school counseling program builds self-confidence, empathy, the ability to develop meaningful and lasting friendships and a sense of importance and value.
