September often feels like a season of fresh starts—kids return to school, routines settle back in, and there’s a renewed sense of energy to finish the year strong. Just as the leaves begin to change, it’s a powerful reminder that embracing change is a natural and necessary part of growth. This season calls us to refocus on the goals we set at the beginning of the year, overcome lingering fears, and stop getting in our own way. For many, spring and summer meant hitting pause—making excuses, tending to everything else first, and putting personal goals on the back burner. Now is the time to push the “unpause” button, lean into the opportunities ahead, and take action instead of staying stagnant. The last few months of the year can be the most impactful if approached with clarity, courage, and an open mindset. I’m here to help you keep moving forward—let’s finish what you started!
