Camp Information Camp Information

  • An email went out from Nurse Palmer regarding medication forms. Please be sure to read that carefully. We have also attached the medical form below that you will need (if you are supplying any OTC or prescription medication from home). Remember, you need a separate form for each medication and if it is OTC you will need your child's physician to sign the form.

  • Each child brought home a camp packet with forms to be filled out and returned as well as payment information. All payments and forms are due no later than October 9th.

  • If your child is not attending camp, please be sure to email your child's homeroom teacher to inform them.

  • Chaperone lottery winner emails were sent out. Unfortunately, if you did not receive an email you were not selected at this time. If we have any parent(s) back out, we will do another lottery to fill their place. We had about 80 parents put in to chaperone and are only able to take about 35 based on the number of students that are attending.

UIL information UIL information

We are very excited to share that our students have the opportunity to participate in the University Interscholastic League (UIL) A+ Academics Competition! Students who are interested in learning, practicing, and competing in these events will receive practice materials and resources through Google Classroom to help them prepare for their events at home.

In early November, students will take part in a Campus Meet held after school. This meet will allow them to showcase what they have learned. The ten highest-scoring students in each event per grade level will advance to the Competition Team and represent our campus at the Zone Meet in February. Following the Zone UIL meet, the top six (6) students in each event, in each grade level will advance to the District meet on Saturday, March 7, 2026.

You will be able to indicate areas of interest for your student. Please keep in mind that there may be conflicts with practice and/or competition times, and it may not be possible to participate in multiple events. Windsong Ranch UIL Interest Form
