Finishing Strong through the Final Quarter
As we get into the final quarter of the school year, take a moment to pause, reflect, and celebrate growth. Each student’s journey is marked not only by academic progress, but by perseverance, curiosity, and character developed along the way.
The weeks ahead are filled with opportunity—opportunities to deepen learning, strengthen friendships, and fully embrace all that remains in this school year. From the classroom to Chapel, the arts to athletics, this final stretch is about finishing strong with intention, joy, and purpose.
Thank you for your continued partnership as we support and encourage our students to end the year in a way that is both meaningful and memorable. Together, we look forward to all that lies ahead on the Hilltop!

Confirmation Class Begins
As we prepare for the upcoming visit from Bishop Angela Cortiñas in May, St. Luke’s Church will begin youth catechism and confirmation classes today, March 22. Open to all youth, these 9-week classes will take place during the 10 a.m. formation hour and offer a chance to explore what the Episcopal Church teaches, why we worship the way we do, and what it means to be part of the Body of Christ. For youth in 8th grade or above, these classes will also serve as preparation for Confirmation during the Bishop’s visit. Confirmation is a meaningful step in the life of faith, where young people reaffirm their baptismal promises and are fully received into the life of the Church.
Where: St. Luke’s Youth Room
When: Sundays beginning TODAY, March 22 | 10:00–10:45 a.m.
If your youth is interested in being confirmed or you have questions, please reach out to Bryan at bryang@slecsa.org.
