We Need Your Help
Though our students made growth in the areas of English Language Arts and Math, King School's proficency rate is low compartively. Another area of concern is our chronic absenteeism and chronic truance rate. For students to be proficient in academic areas, it is important for students to be in school consistently to receive instruction.
Our staff worked with students to get goals for the Winter Benchmark Assessments that are taken during the month of December. Please speak with your student regarding their goals for these assessments and ask if they reached their goals! 3rd and 4th grade students will again be taking the IAR assessment in the spring and all students will be taking Spring Benchmark Assessments in May.
