* Open Forum provides a space for parents and guardians to be heard and share resources, the Citywide PTO will now start all meetings with an Open Forum. Parents and guardians are encouraged to speak about any QPS issues or news. If you are uncomfortable talking or can’t make the meeting, please complete the Citywide PTO Open Forum Anonymous Form and a Citywide Board Member will read your thoughts at the open forum. This ensures anonymity unless you provide your contact information in the optional field of the form. If the issue warrants a greater discussion, it will be added to the next agenda after the executive board researches and/or obtains necessary information from QPS leadership.
