A few words from Mrs. Guillory...
As this school year comes to an end, we want to tell you how proud we are of each of you. Middle school is a time of growth, learning, and change, and you have risen to the challenges with effort, perseverance, and determination.
Throughout the year, you learned new skills, strengthened friendships, and discovered more about who you are and what you can accomplish. Every success and every challenge helped you grow, and those lessons will stay with you.
To our 8th graders: congratulations on reaching this important milestone. We wish you the very best as you move on to high school. Be confident, stay curious, and continue to make choices that reflect your goals and values. High school is a new chapter, and we are excited for all that lies ahead for you.
As you head into summer, take time to rest, recharge, and enjoy yourself. Spend time with family and friends, try something new, and take care of yourselves. Youโve earned this break.
Have a safe, relaxing, and wonderful summerโwe look forward to seeing what you accomplish next year!

If at first you don't succeed...try again! by Adelyn Price
Trying out for the MBMS cheer team for the second time taught me a big lesson...never. give. up! The first time I tried out, I didn't make it. I felt really disappointed, but I didn't quit and give up on my goal. Instead, I chose to work harder, I practiced more, stayed focused, and believed in myself even when it was difficult. I realized that it's ok to feel upset when things don't go your way, but what matters is getting back up and trying again. This time around, I made sure to enjoy the process more. I had fun with my friends, laughed, and didn't put as much pressure on myself. That helped me feel more confident. When I walked into tryouts, I trusted my skill and gave it my all. All that hard work paid off and this time, I made the team! I am so proud of myself for not giving up and for pushing through when things were hard. Being a Bronco means showing strength, determination, and heart. I'm proud to be a Bronco!
Well Wishes and Words of Advice for our Incoming Broncos of 2026-2027
Being on a new campus can be a tough transition: new teachers, new friends, new surroundings. Here's what some of our "seasoned" students had to say to the newest members of our Bronco Family:
"Don't be nervous and don't try to be someone you aren't-be yourself! Tests can be hard sometimes, but don't give up! Oh-and stay away from drama!" -Amberlynn Fruge
"Don't let others define you. If you want to wear something, wear it. Don't let others make you feel less confident in yourself!" -Lily Boyett
"Don't be nervous! Everyone else is, even if they don't show it, and it will all be fine!" -Alyssa Treme
"Friendliness goes a long way! Be kind and focus on your school work!" -Kennedy Hardy
"Make GOOD friends and don't let anyone's opinion of you stop you from being friends with someone." -Lorelei Duff
"Getting into trouble doesn't make you cool. Do you best and the best will follow!" -Valentina Trinidad
"Plan your restroom breaks accordingly!" -Shelby Jagneaux
