Congratulations!
Congratulations to Mr. Carson on receiving the Non‑Certified Mustang Spirit Award for February. For the past two years, he has shown unwavering commitment by attending work every single day. He is kind‑hearted toward both students and staff, and he continually strives to improve while working diligently with his students. Excellent work, Mr. Carson!
Mrs. Miller’s class celebrated the 100th day with a spy lab. Our job was to complete missions to find Zero the Hero and save the 100th day. Thanks to Mr. Nelson for stepping in to make Zero the Hero come to life!
100th Day Spy Day!
Fun day in kindergarten finding zero the hero!
Guest readers in Mrs. Anderson's 4th-grade class shared why reading helps them in their jobs. Nurse Molly read Stand Tall, Molly Lou Melon, and we discussed the theme of the story. Sun Country pilot, Kyle, read Flight, a story about Charles Lindbergh. He shared some differences in flying a plane today vs. the flight in 1927.
Congratulations to our Knowledge Bowl teams on 1st and 3rd place at the Rush City Meet! Way to go!
Congratulations to our January Student of the Month Winners!
Our 4th grade was visited by Ambassadors for Respect. It was a great reminder of how we should treat everyone. Thank you to our presenters from Industries.
Some students from Mrs. Mantel's class were rocking Hat Day for I Love to Read month!
Mystery Reader
Mrs. Mantel’s Class welcomed their 17th Mystery Reader of the school year! Each Friday afternoon, a parent or family member surprises the class as our special guest reader. Throughout the week, the Mystery Reader sends in clues that are shared with the class to keep everyone guessing about who will be visiting.
Thank you, Laura, for today’s wonderful surprise!
