MHE Field Day Headquarters

Field Day HIGHLIGHTS:

• Ninja Project (a new group for us) will be here during 1st-5th grade Field Day times! **Please note, students must have a completed online waver to participate (PLEASE CHECK BACK APRIL 1st FOR THE WAIVER LINK!!!)

• Inflatable Fun: we will have 3 jumbo inflatable games- Axe Throwing, Baseball Knock It Off and a Basketball Shootout
• Ranch Tug-O-War: each grade level will kick off a Ranch vs Ranch Tug-O-War Round Robbin!
• Dad's Club Refueling Station: each student will get a wristband ticket to turn in for a drink & snack at the MHE Dad's Club Table (thank you Dad's Club for sponsoring this)
• Games, stations, challenges and more: students will have the freedom to move around the area as they wish, playing the games they want, and as many times as they want! 1st-5th will have stations and the Ninja Project Obstacles to enjoy!
• Kinder and PreK will be at the stations only this year, but will also be assigned a 5th grade buddy to help them navigate their 1st field day!

WHAT TO WEAR:

Students are asked to wear their ranch colors! Shorts and t-shirts are a must. Hats and sunglasses are welcomed. Closed toe shoes are THE ONLY ACCEPTABLE SHOE if they are going on the ninja course. Every student will bring out a water bottle and their will be refill stations available.

We cannot put on Field Day without the help of our amazing volunteers! Please check back for more details and the signup. PLEASE NOTE...due to student safety, visitors are NOT ALLOWED to just come and hang out at Field Day. All visitors must pre-register and will be assigned a station to work at. We encourage you to sign up during your child's time so you can watch them have fun! But this is their day...we want them exploring the world of Field Day with their friends!

SLOT 1 will be 8:15-10:15

SLOT 2 will be 10:15-12:15

SLOT 3 will be 12:15-2:15

SLOT 4 will be 2:15-3:15 (will run a station until 2:35 then help with cleanup).

Field Day SCHEDULE: *Please note, lunch times are different this day for some grades...NO VISITORS FOR LUNCH DUE TO FIELD DAY!!!*

1st Grade: Field Day time is 8:15-9:30. Lunch is 11:10-11:40

2nd Grade: Field Day time is 9:00-10:15. Lunch is 12:05-12:35

3rd Grade: Field Day time is 9:45-11:15. Lunch is 12:15-12:45

PreK and Kinder: Field Day time is 11:20-12:25. Lunch is 10:30-11:00.

5th Grade: Field Day time is 12:30-2:00. Lunch is 10:45-11:15.

4th Grade: Field Day time is 1:15-2:45. Lunch is 11:40-12:10
