🥳Welcome Back Pirates !!🥳

💙We are excited for the upcoming School Year 💙

Dear Providence Elementary Families,

Welcome to the 2026–2027 school year! I hope your summer has been filled with rest, laughter, and special moments with family and friends.

As I begin my second year as the proud Principal of Providence Elementary, I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to continue serving this amazing school community. Last year, we focused on building strong relationships, strengthening our school culture, and laying the foundation for excellence. This year, we are ready to build upon that momentum as we continue our journey toward becoming a school where every child thrives. We are honored that you have entrusted us with your child's education, and we look forward to working alongside you to ensure every Pirate grows academically, socially, emotionally, and as a leader.

Our work will continue to be anchored in our S.A.I.L. expectations:

Show Respect
Act Responsibly
Inspire Others
Lead by Example

Thank you for your continued trust, encouragement, and partnership. We cannot wait to welcome our Providence Pirates back and embark on another incredible year together.

Here's to an amazing 2026–2027 school year as we continue Sailing Toward Excellence!

With Pirate Pride,

Principal Wheeler

🚌Morning Drop-Off Procedures🚗

Our morning carline opens at 7:15AM. Please follow the green route on the map below if your child will be arriving via car in the mornings.
Car riders should ALWAYS enter and exit cars on the passenger side. This applies to morning drop-off and afternoon pick-up, PreK, and late arrivals.
The yellow line is our bus lane. Students may not be dropped off in this area.
PreK students will be dropped off in the front of the building near the PreK entrance (teal line on the map). Parents must walk their child to the doors and wait for your child to be let in at 7:45. Please heed to the instructions of traffic personnel and do not block any lanes.
Carline closes at 7:55. If you arrive after 8:00, please come to the front of the building, escort your child inside and sign them in with front office staff. Children may not sign themselves in.
Students who walk to school must live within a 2 mile radius of our campus. Students deemed walkers may not be dropped off via car on or near campus. Any student arriving to PES via car must go through the car rider line.
Breakfast is served in the classroom each day beginning at 7:45AM. Instruction begins promptly at 8AM. If your child arrives after 8:00, they must be signed in by an adult at the front office. Please ensure your child is at school on time and ready to learn each and every day. Attendance is one of the most vital keys to your child's academic success.
