ROADRUNNER REPORT

Dear Roadrunner Families,

Our campus has been bustling with activities! Firefighters taught our third-grade scholars about fire and beach safety, 1st - 5th graders celebrated Hispanic Heritage month by designing an art show, crops were harvested in the Farm Lab, and students learned to play a variety of instruments to create beautiful music. Learning is clearly going full speed ahead at Palmquist! A special thanks to our amazing teachers for making learning relevant, engaging, and fun. They have empowered our students to own their learning, to think critically, and to solve problems creatively. They have built our students’ capacity to collaborate, communicate, and give back to the world. Palmquist students are growing strong thanks to their hard work, and the talents of our extraordinary teachers.

Estimadas familias de Roadrunner:

¡Nuestro campus ha estado repleto de actividades! Los bomberos enseñaron a nuestros alumnos de tercer grado sobre seguridad contra incendios y en la playa, los alumnos de 1.º a 5.º grado celebraron el Mes de la Herencia Hispana diseñando una exposición de arte, se cosecharon cultivos en el Laboratorio Agrícola y los estudiantes aprendieron a tocar diversos instrumentos para crear música hermosa. ¡El aprendizaje avanza a toda velocidad en Palmquist! Un agradecimiento especial a nuestros increíbles maestros por hacer que el aprendizaje sea relevante, atractivo y divertido. Han empoderado a nuestros estudiantes para que sean dueños de su aprendizaje, piensen críticamente y resuelvan problemas de forma creativa. Han desarrollado la capacidad de nuestros estudiantes para colaborar, comunicarse y contribuir al mundo. Los estudiantes de Palmquist están creciendo gracias a su arduo trabajo y al talento de nuestros extraordinarios maestros.
