We thank and salute our Veterans for their dedication, sacrifice, and service to our country. Visitors, please check in at the front office upon arrival.

Blood Drive

Student Council is hosting a blood drive Nov. 6 1st-7th periods, if students are available (lunch, study hall, lockout) during those periods and wish to donate, see Tessa Cavey, Katie Wheeler, Dr. Fuller or Mrs. Hoffner to sign up. Donors must be 16 years of age or older.

Food Assistance Resources During SNAP Disruption

As of now, SNAP benefits will not be distributed in November. The State of Ohio may provide temporary funds until the federal shutdown ends. For the most up-to-date food resources, visit FreshTrak or the Mid-Ohio Food Collective.

  • FreshTrak lists all local food events by ZIP code, with eligibility criteria and translation options (Spanish, Somali, Arabic, Russian, and others).

  • The Choice Pantry (Gantz Rd.) and Market (Norton Rd.) can each be accessed once per week —Info about Mid-Ohio Markets Here.

    • Advance check-in with a phone number is required.

    • No income verification needed for the market; only name, address, and household size.

Mid-Ohio Foodbank Eligibility Guidelines:

  • 4-person household: income below $60,000/year, $5,000/month, or $1,154/week

  • Add $10,280/year, $857/month, or $198/week for each additional person

If a family meets these guidelines, they can request additional food assistance through a local food bank using the referral form here (responses may take up to 5 days). For more options, visit Cap4Kids for a list of localized pantries and support programs.

Building Safety and Exit Procedures

In our ongoing effort to keep the building safe and secure, students with lockout should only exit the building through the main entrance/exit. Reminders have been posted at other doors to direct students to the proper exit locations. Please note that students who do not follow this expectation may lose their lockout privilege or face school disciplinary action. Thank you for your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe environment for everyone.
