Week 13

Welcome to another short week. There is no school on Friday to recognize Veteran's day, I want to thank all Veterans current and past for your service.

We are moving on to a new theme this week, Theme 3 is focused on Color, Shape, and Size. Week 1 is on Color, word of the week is Primary Colors. We will be mixing colors and experimenting with different ways to make different colors.

Our Vocabulary this week: Primary colors, secondary colors

help With Coats

So excited at how well they are doing with the firefighter method of putting their coats on. There are some that are still having trouble remembering the steps, and we will continue to work on them in class. Some of them are standing on the opposite side of the coat and end up putting their coat on upside down.

  1. Check the sleeves
  2. Put it on the ground
  3. Stand by the tag or the hood
  4. Hands in the sleeves
  5. Up and over their head, as their arms slide into the sleeves
