Get your family photos in time for Holiday Cards and support our Fernbrook students in the process! Sessions are on Sunday, October 4, 2026 & Sunday, October 11, 2026, Brundage Preserve in Randolph. If it rains, the location will be moved to Brundage Pavilion. This includes one (1) 15- minute session for $30.

Appointments will be filled on a first come, first serve basis. Reservations will be open through TONIGHT, September 30, 2026. Don't miss out and book your family photo appointment today!

The Fernbrook PTO and Fifth Grade Committee are proud to announce our first Fifth Grade event of the school year, "Fifth Grade Fall Festival Event" on October 16, 2026, from 7:00 PM- 8:30 PM at Fernbrook School Gym. For $20 per person, snacks, water, and fun group activities will be provided. In addition, the "Official" Fifth Grade T-Shirt will be distributed at the event.

Note: This is a drop-off event and only Fernbrook Fifth Grade Students can attend these events! Don’t miss out, sign up for the event, today! Please pre-register and submit your payment by Thursday, October 15, 2026.

In order to make our Fifth Grade Events successful, we need volunteers at each of our events to help with setting up an event, during the event and cleaning up after the event. You can help with one event, or all events!

If you are interested in being a Fifth Grade Event Volunteer, sign up with our Volunteer Form. As a reminder, please make sure you are an active PTO member before signing up to volunteer.

The deadline to sign up as a Fifth Grade Event Volunteer is Friday, October 2, 2026.

Love capturing special moments? The PTO is looking for 5–8 volunteer photographers to help document all the fun and excitement of the 2026–2027 school year for the yearbook! From the Welcome Back event, Annual Boo Bash, and Hero Dance, to classroom parties, the Halloween Parade, Fifth Grade events, and the Winter & Spring Concerts, we’ve got a calendar full of memorable moments that need to be captured!

By rotating volunteers, we can ensure every event is covered without overloading anyone’s schedule. Photographers must be active Fernbrook PTO members.

Why Join the Fernbrook Elementary School Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) as a business sponsor?

Your Business Sponsorship is designed to advertise your business to our school community and help raise money for the programs, events, and services the PTO organizes throughout the school year. Your assistance will help us with Cultural Arts Assemblies, Educational Materials and Large School Improvement projects, and so much more! Business Sponsorships are $250 for the year and can be applied to the General PTO fund or the Fifth Grade Committee.

Thank you to everyone that made our 6th Annual Fall Plant Sale another big success! We had 341 mums and 42 kale/cabbage delivered bright and early at 5:50am! Thank you to Riverside Greenhouses in Andover, for providing us with beautiful plants every year. The weather wasn’t great, but we certainly made the best of it!

Extra special thanks to our amazing volunteers: Graziela Rebels, Emily Dura, Sam Skokandich, Heather Porcelli, Kelly Meola, Christin Narath, Emily Vanderhoof, Meg Yar (and thank goodness for her pop up tent!), Jessie Familia, Melissa Issa, Jackie Laurice, Nina Lifshey, and Bryan & Dana Pineiro.

A big thank you to everyone who came out to our Popsicles and Pals event! We had a fantastic turnout and loved seeing so many students enjoying popsicles and spending time with their friends. It was a sweet way to celebrate community and connection. Special thanks to Dana Pineiro and Brittany Bassett for their time and effort in coordinating such a fun and memorable event!
