Seniors — Graduation is almost here! 🎓

Before you can pick up your Cap and Gown, you must complete both of the following items:

• 1-Senior Year End Activity

  • Located in School Links under your “To Do” list for May 2026

• 2-Name Pronunciation Spreadsheet

  • Located on the Class of 2026 Canvas page

Please make sure both items are completed as soon as possible to avoid any delays with Cap and Gown pickup.

Dear Seniors,

As you prepare for graduation, it’s important to set up your SchooLinks alumni account before the end of the school year. This step ensures that you will continue to have access to your transcript requests, college application documents, and other important post‑graduation resources.

Why this matters:

• Alumni access must be created while you are still an active student.
• Setting up your account now helps prevent duplicate accounts from being created later.
• You will need your alumni account to request transcripts after graduation.

What to do:

1. Log in to SchooLinks using your current student account.
2. Go to your Settings.
3. Follow the instructions to set up your Alumni Account using your personal email (the same one you will use in your Senior Year End Activity is recommended).

If you wait until after graduation, you may experience delays accessing your records—so please take a few minutes to complete this now.

The KISD graduation ceremonies will be documented utilizing broadcast quality cameras and audio equipment. The multiple cameras will be edited together to show many close up shots of the students which do not appear on the scoreboard video. These videos make a great keepsake as well as a perfect way for the students to share their graduation experience with a family member that is unable to attend the live ceremony. You can return this order form by mail or the video can most easily be ordered online by scanning the QR code on the page below using your smart phone camea.

Discounted combination packages are only availalbe online. Orders received after the date of graduation will incur a $5 late fee.
