CLASS HIGHLIGHT - HOME REPAIR COURSE
The Home Repair course provides students an opportunity to learn common household maintenance skills in the areas of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and drywall. My goal is to create hands-on experiences for my students that allow them to practice the skills in the safety of the classroom to help them make educated home ownership choices in their future. Home Repair gives students the knowledge of home systems, the confidence to perform everyday repairs, and the skills useful for independent living.
DEPARTMENT SPOTLIGHT -INDUSTRIAL TECHNOLOGY

SENIOR SUNSET
Senior Sunset is a spring tradition that mirrors the fall’s Senior Sunrise. Both events are designed to honor our seniors and offer meaningful opportunities for them to gather and celebrate as a class. We've seen strong turnout and engagement at these events, and we’re proud of our students for making the most of these special moments.
IMMUNIZATIONS
Minnesota law requires that all children get vaccinated against certain diseases to attend school. Students entering 12th grade for the 2025-2026 school year need to have documentation or a legal exemption for the booster dose of meningococcal vaccine (Most children received the initial dose of this vaccine when they entered 7th grade).
For more information on meningococcal disease, you will find Meningococcal Disease Basics at www.health.state.mn.us/diseases/meningococcal/basics.html on the Minnesota Department of Health website.
If your child already received the immunization or you need an exemption form, please fill out the attached form located at https://www.health.state.mn.us/people/immunize/basics/readyk12.pdf and return to the Health Office.
