Safe With You Guidelines
1-006.04B Safety Training: The licensee must complete training developed by the Early Childhood Training Center on Sudden Unexplained Infant Death (SUID), safe sleep for Infants, Abusive Head Trauma, and child abuse/neglect and reporting.
Every five years Safety training (Safe with You) should be repeated
Safe With You: ABCs of Safe Sleep– Reducing Sudden Unexplained Infant Death (1hour)
Safe With You: Never Shake a Child Preventing Abusive Head Trauma (1hour)
Power to Protect- Preventing Child Abuse and Neglect (2hours)
In person - Bring your own snack, drink and/or lunch if needed.
Zoom - Please make sure you have a working camera, audio capabilities, and are prepared to engage in the training. If you are unable to fully participate or have too many distractions, you will not receive credit for the training.
