ISM-WEEKLY ROUND UP
Please see the message below from Ms. Kristi in our K-5 ISM special!
"Ms Kristi’s ISM Weekly Round Up
Browning students are so grateful for YOU! This week in ISM, your students are identifying ways to “thank the helpers”. They have been reminded to really think of the whole picture and to not take things for granted. In doing so, they have stopped to thank those around them who help in both big and small ways. We have identified who these helpers are at school: teachers and paras, our lunch team, our custodians, our front office staff, our bus drivers, our lunchtime parents, and our amazing volunteers. Your students are identifying ways to show gratitude to those around them who may be the unsung heroes throughout their day. Their challenge this week is to say THANK YOU to everyone they interact with. Don’t let them forget! 😊
Also, here are a few pictures of our ISM “pet” squirrel. Last week, we started feeding the birds as part of our “BE GRATEFUL FOR OUR ENVIRONMENT” unit. Excitingly, a friendly squirrel has been our most frequent visitor. We are working on picking him/her a name.
