๐ซ A Note from the Office
A friendly reminder to our families: If your childโs transportation plans are changing for the day, please make sure to contact the office before 3:00 p.m. You may call or email the office, or send us a message through TalkingPoints. Providing us with transportation changes early helps us make sure we have enough time to communicate the change to your child and teacher and ensure a safe and smooth dismissal. Hand To Hand
26-27 School Year
We would like to offer your student the opportunity to participate in a program called "Hand2Hand". This program helps provide a student with food for the weekends and is intended for families who currently may be experiencing a financial burden.
How it works: At the end of each week, students who are signed up for Hand2Hand will receive at least 12 food items in a bag. These items will be a combination of breakfast, snacks, and lunch or dinner. There is no cost to participate! If you sign your student up to receive Hand2Hand, they will receive the weekend bag of food each week throughout the school year. Bags will be discreetly delivered to your child at school. (Please remind your child to bring their bags home for the weekend.)
If you feel like your child would benefit from this opportunity, please complete this form. https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1Hjt8bOPJFYvTMz8bvS8xawnheaKHxgEKv94wjIEPprc/viewform?edit_requested=true (Complete one form for each of your children.) If there comes a point when you no longer need assistance, alert your school office. It will take at least two weeks to receive your first bag. If you do not receive a bag in that time, please contact your school office.
Hand2Hand values the privacy of every family we serve. Any personal information shared through this form will be kept confidential and used only for purposes related to the Hand2Hand program and your child's participation. Information will only be shared with appropriate school and program staff as needed to coordinate services.
(Please note: if your student or another family member has food allergies, it is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to check the contents of the bag each week to ensure the food doesn't contain ingredients which could cause an allergic reaction).
**Only sign up ONCE during the school year for each child!
