Other New Information
UIL Concert and Sightreading Schedule
Concert Band and Symphonic Winds go to UIL on Thursday, March 26th, and Wind Ensemble goes to UIL on Friday, March 27th. Please mark your calendars.
We are one of only two 4A schools in our region sending three bands, and we are very proud of everyone’s hard work in preparing for the evaluation. Parents are welcome and encouraged to attend the concert and sight reading portion of the contest. Video/audio recordings are not allowed in the sight reading room.
Students need to bring these items with them to school the day they go to UIL.
- Black dress shoes (closed toe), black crew length socks or hosiery, white undershirt for boys.
- Bring your school clothes with you on the bus so you can change out of your tux/dress at Seguin HS before getting food.
Here is the schedule for each band.
