A Message from the Principal
Hello Cougars!
We have just 12 school days left in marking period one! Now is the best time to make sure you know how students are doing in each of their classes.
There is no excuse for having a zero in any class! If you are currently missing an assignement, please be sure to review your PowerSchool grade book to identify what assignments need to be completed. Work completion is one of the most important factors in students successfully completing their courses and earning passing grades as you work towards promotion to the next grade.
If you aren’t sure, please reach out to your teacher (teacher emails) to find out how to submit the assignment or for assistance. Students are encouraged to work on their missing assignments at home or schedule a day to stay for Twilight.
Twilight school is Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays until 4:30. A teacher or school counselor can sign you up, and you must have 2 hours worth of work to do!
If you have any additional questions, please contact the main office at (410) 996-5020.
Be kind on purpose,
Mrs. Sands
November 2 - Conferences
On November 2, 2026 schools are closed for students. During this professional development day for staff, we will be conducting parent-teacher conferences. We have reached out directly to the parents of students who need to attend based on their current progress.
If you did not receive communication about scheduling a conference, it is not necessary that you do so; however, if you would like to meet with any of your student's teachers, we would like to offer you the ability to do so on this day.
If you are interested in scheduling a time, please use this link: https://www.ptcfast.com/schools/Cherry_Hill_Middle_School to sign up.
Please note that we can host a parent-teacher conference at any point in the school year, so if this day does not work for you, or if slots are not available, please reach out to your student's teacher or school counselor and we will be glad to set something up.
Parent Access to Schoology
Please be sure to register PowerSchool Parent Portal. You can find additional parent information on the CCPS website.
