Message for the Week:
Message from Mr. Tejkl
It is how you finish...
Good morning!
I hope you had a good weekend and enjoyed the gorgeous weather! It is amazing that we still have a few of these days scattered throughout the winter. Take advantage while you can!
Accepting the conditions of your existing life can be a powerful act. It involves acknowledging where you are, without judgment or denial, and understanding that your circumstances and while they my not be great, life led you up to this point. Acceptance doesn't mean quitting; rather, it means embracing reality as it is, with the recognition that some things are beyond your control. This mindset can provide a sense of peace, allowing you to focus on what you can influence while releasing the need to constantly fight against what cannot be changed.
On the other hand, taking responsibility for changing your life requires courage, self-discipline, and a willingness to confront discomfort. However, you have the power to make decisions that shape your future. Changing your circumstances might mean taking risks, stepping out of your comfort zone, or making difficult choices. It could involve setting new goals, breaking old habits, or even rethinking your values. Ultimately, taking responsibility for change is about claiming agency in your life—recognizing that, although change can be challenging, you are the one who can initiate and navigate the transformation toward a life that aligns more closely with your aspirations and values.
Have a great rest of your Sunday and I will see you tomorrow!
Quote of the week to reflect on:
"There are two primary choices in life: To accept conditions as they exist, or accept the responsibility for changing them."
Denis Waitley
Sincerely,
Tucker Tejkl
