Harvester’s Parents,
We have some amazing teachers and staff members at DeLay Middle School! Last week was teacher appreciation week and thanks to our PTA, Student Council, Clean Eatz, NJHS, The Omegas, Valley Creek, AVID, Christ Freedom Church and the Sunshine Committee, they all felt appreciated and special! They enjoyed fresh coffee, fruit, pastries, nachos, baked potatoes, popcorn, tacos, and some yummy candy. It’s not too late to thank your child’s teacher.
Parents, we appreciate you as well. Thank you for making sure your child attends school every day, prepared and for exhibiting respectful behavior to their fellow students and to all adults. Impress upon them to continue to work hard, even though we are nearing the end of school. We still have things to explore and learn. Thank you, parents.

¡Tenemos unos maestros y miembros del personal increíbles en DeLay Middle School! La semana pasada fue la semana de agradecimiento a los maestros y gracias a nuestra PTA, Consejo Estudiantil, Clean Eatz, NJHS, The Omegas, Valley Creek, AVID, Christ Freedom Church y el Comité Sunshine, ¡todos se sintieron apreciados y especiales! Disfrutaron de café fresco, fruta, pasteles, nachos, papas al horno, palomitas de maíz, tacos, y algunos dulces deliciosos. No es demasiado tarde para agradecer al maestro de su hijo.
Padres, también les agradecemos. Gracias por asegurarse de que su hijo asista a la escuela todos los días, preparado y por mostrar un comportamiento respetuoso con sus compañeros y con todos los adultos. Insístales en que sigan trabajando duro, aunque nos estemos acercando al final de la escuela. Aún nos quedan cosas por explorar y aprender. Gracias, padres.
Fighting Farmer Fans,
This is just a reminder that all students must have their current campus ID to attend games and events at LHS and you may not enter with a bag or backpack! This remains the case for the Powder Puff Game AND Spring Football Game. There is no arguing about this at the entrance of the event…you must have your current ID, not a temporary ID, or you will not be permitted to attend. Also, you must leave campus within 20 minutes of the end of any game or event. You may not hang around waiting for a ride.

¡Esto es sólo un recordatorio de que todos los estudiantes deben tener su identificación del campus actual para asistir a los juegos y eventos en LHS y no se puede entrar con una bolsa o mochila! Este sigue siendo el caso para el Powder Puff Game y Spring Football Game. No hay discusión sobre esto en la entrada del evento ... usted debe tener su identificación actual, no una identificación temporal, o no se le permitirá asistir. Además, debe abandonar el campus en los 20 minutos siguientes a la finalización de cualquier partido o evento. No puedes quedarte esperando a que te lleven.
