The Toiletries drive will span over a 3-week period starting on December 1st and ending on December 19th. These donations will go to directly to support those in our Bedford community. These items are especially helpful to families who use SNAP benefits and cannot buy these certain items with their benefits. So, the next time you visit a store, make sure to pick up an extra item for another person in need!

We will have a friendly competition between JGMS grade levels and we hope you will participate!

Bedford DPW and Black Earth Compost have entered a new Preferred Vendor agreement with a goal of reaching 1,000 households (approximately 20% of the community). Increasing participation will help reduce our community’s waste, lower disposal costs, and support local sustainability efforts. Program Highlights for Families: Affordable Options: Start for less than the cost of 1–2 overflow trash bags each week.
