How to earn AIT Points:
•You will earn 25 points for each increment of 1,250 Client Qualifying Volume (CQV) when you sell to your Clients and Preferred Clients.
•When you personally promote to Manager or Vice President earn 125 points.
•When you directly promote a Manager or Vice President to your 1st generation earn 125 points.
•You will earn 25 points for each increment of 1,250 Personal Sales Volume (PV) for sales under your personal CID. (Max 350 PV per month)
-When you register and attend select Corporate Sponsored events such as Path to Empower, either in person or virtual, you will earn 100 points. Max 100 points for the AIT Qualification Period.

•250 CQV is required at all levels to earn overrides, to qualify for a title promotion and participate in all awards, bonuses and recognition programs. This includes earners of
the DMSustainability Bonus
•Transition Months are visible on the Performance Account report and on personal dashboards.
•Area Managers need to meet a minimum of 10,000 Central Area QV to meet their Central QV Requirement for Paid-As Title Maintenance (Performance Account will automatically be applied if needed). This volume also makes them eligible for their Area overrides. Area Managers also need a minimum of 1,250 CentralDistrict QV to be eligible for their District overrides. (Performance Account will automatically be applied if needed)
Example: AM has 9,500 Central Area QV and 1,000 Central District QV - Arbonne will deduct 500 from the AM’s PA so that they meet their 10,000 Central Area QV Requrement for Paid-As Title Maintenance and earn their Area overrides. Then Arbonne will deduct 250 from the AM's PA so that they meet their 1,250 CentralDistrict QV Requirement for Override Eligibility.
There will be a total of 750 pulled from this AM’s Performance Account in that month.
•District Managers need to meet a minimum of 2,500 CentralDistrict QV to meet their Central QV Requirement for Paid-As Title Maintenance (Performance Account will automatically be applied if needed) This volume also makes them eligible for their District overrides.
Example: DM has 1,200 Central District QV - Arbonnewill deduct 1,300 from the DM's PA so that they meet their 2,500 Central DistrictQV Requirement for Paid-As Title Maintenance and earn their District overrides.
