Term 2 Complete

As we come to the end of Term 2, we want to ensure all students are set up for success heading into the next semester. If your student has been out sick and needs time to catch up on missed assignments, please reach out to their teachers as soon as possible. Teachers can help clarify expectations and, if appropriate, provide guidance on what can be completed over winter break.

We hope everyone enjoys a restful break! Please remember that Monday, January 5 is a teacher work day and students will not attend school. Classes will resume for students on Tuesday, January 6.

Our school provides access to select AI tools that comply with Utah’s student data privacy requirements, including Skill Struck (Claude), NotebookLM, and Gemini. Some platforms, such as Grok and ChatGPT, are currently blocked because they do not meet these privacy standards.

As AI continues to evolve, we will update our approved tools as needed. Teachers are also working on lessons to help students use AI responsibly and safely in their learning. More details will be shared soon.

We are now accepting applications for the 2026–2027 school year! If more applications are received than available spots, a lottery will be conducted on February 1. We encourage families to submit their applications as soon as possible to ensure they are included in the lottery.
