Dear Families,

We understand that many families rely on SNAP benefits for groceries and we know there have been delays in receiving these benefits due to funding issues. However, we want to assure you that free breakfast and lunch will continue for all students at MSD schools without interruption.

What This Means:

If you receive SNAP benefits there may be delays in adding funds to your EBT card, but this is a temporary issue, not a change in eligibility. Other programs like Medicaid and child care assistance are unaffected.

Please remind your students to take advantage of our free breakfast and lunch offerings.
