About Us....🔥
Students in this program operate an onsite restaurant three days
a week where they get valuable food service experience, cashiering,
food & beverage service, point of sale operation, and customer
service. Students also learn to prepare food to order, line cooking,
station prepping, cleaning, expediting, dishwashing, and kitchen
communication. Culinary students also participate in catering events
and take custom orders.
Credits: Math, Biology, Chemistry and General Electives
Industry Credentials: ServSafe Managerial, Food Handlers Card
