Hello Reynolds Families,

Next week is Hope Week at Reynolds, organized by our Hope Squad! Hope Week is a national initiative focused on promoting mental health awareness, suicide prevention, and creating a culture of hope and support in our schools. Throughout the week, we emphasize the importance of connection, kindness, and letting students know they matter.

Our Hope Squad has planned an exciting spirit week with daily themes to help spread positivity and build community. We encourage your students to participate and dress up for each day!

Hope Week Spirit Days

Monday, February 23rd - Race Day Ready

Wear Reynolds Spirit Wear! Just like racers rely on their teams, we all perform better when we feel connected. We are Reynolds, and this is our CA-CAW!

Tuesday, February 24th - Checkered Flag Day

Wear Black and White! Every finish line represents perseverance. This day celebrates effort, growth, and the people who help us cross the toughest finish lines in life.

Wednesday, February 25th - Neon Day

Wear Bright Colors! Bright lights help guide drivers on the road ahead. This day reminds us to be visible, reach out, and shine a light of hope for others.

Thursday, February 26th - Disney on the Road Day

Wear Disney! Every great story includes a hero and a sidekick. Disney reminds us that hope grows when we lean on others throughout our journey.

Friday, February 27th - Pit Stop Pajama Day

Wear Pajamas! Even the best race car drivers need to rest and refuel so they can perform their best. This day reminds us to take time for ourselves and those we care about.

Let's come together as a community to support one another and spread hope throughout our school!

Dr. Jess Mullins
Principal, Reynolds Middle School

BEST PUBLIC SCHOOLS IN TEXAS

Named by HEB’s Excellence in Education Awards as the Best Large District in the State of Texas, Prosper ISD has an established 67-year history that is grounded in the humble roots of a farming community, now soaring to the fastest growing school district in Texas, due in no small part to the pursuit of excellence in the arts, academics and athletics. Our students and staff are routinely recognized on the local, state, and national levels for outstanding achievements, and our teachers are highly qualified experts who bring out the best in every student.

ABOUT PROSPER ISD

Prosper ISD is a school district located north of Dallas in Collin and Denton Counties. The district spans approximately 58 square miles and serves more than 32,000 students in 20 elementary schools, 6 middle schools, 4 high schools, and one early childhood school.

🫢 THANK YOU TO OUR COMMUNITY FOR SUPPORTING OUR TEACHERS & STUDENTS

In November 2023, an overwhelming majority of voters approved $2.7 billion to continue building excellence in Prosper ISD. Thank you for your continued financial commitment to our district.

And while our facilities are second to none, we know that it is the people who make the difference in Prosper ISD. From our bus drivers to our teachers to our teacher assistants, our staff is here to support students as they pursue their dreams of excellence in academics, fine arts, and athletics.
