The Panther Post

As we reflect on the many blessings God has entrusted to our school community, we are thoughtfully directing this year’s giving toward two lasting priorities: attracting, supporting, and retaining exceptional ELC–8th Grade educators, and strengthening tuition assistance so that more students and families can experience the gift of our school. These efforts directly support the formation outlined in our Graduate Promise—raising young people who are Growing in Faith, Excelling in Education, and Thriving in Community.

As we prepare for this special evening, we are still looking for a few Volunteer RockStars to help bring the event to life, as well as donations for our Bidding Frenzy. If you’ve been searching for a meaningful—and fun—way to get involved, this is a wonderful opportunity. You’ll meet other parents, support our mission, and help create an unforgettable night that our community will be talking about long after the final bid is placed.

Congratulations to all of our Sci-Con 2026 participants and winners! Your curiosity, creativity, and hard work were truly inspiring. Science was incredibly well represented, and we are proud of each of you for the dedication you brought to your projects.

In recognition of our nation’s 250th anniversary, our whole school (ELC–8th Grade) is creating a keepsake book: Chapters in American History: A St. John’s School Recognition of God’s Blessing To and Through the United States. This book will be available for family purchase at the end of the year.

We are inviting a St. John’s student to design the cover, capturing the journey and creativity found inside the book. The winner will receive $250: keep $125 and give $125 to a Chapel ministry of their choice, reflecting God’s blessing to us and through us.

Submissions are due April 17, 2026. Click here for full details, requirements, and the student checklist to help guide your design.
